Brendan celebrated his second Christmas and had an awesome time. He was so fun to watch when he realized all the fun things were his under the tree. He took off in quite a speedy walk toward his shopping cart and never looked back. It is so crazy what a difference a year makes. We have been busy packing and are off to Nuevo Vallarta tomorrow for a week and we can't wait. Happy holidays to everyone and hope 2010 brings everyone joy and happiness. Viva la Mexico!!!!

Still Twins
Brende had a rough Thanksgiving. He came down with a nasty virus and wasn't feeling too great but still loved hanging out with family and eating mashed potatoes and of course pumkin pie with ice cream. Last weekend we went and cut down our Chritmas tree for the third year in a row. We had a great time in Half Moon Bay. Nanny Char and Poppy Rudy met us and we took Brendan on a train ride through the tree farm. Then we had a great lunch at Sam's Chowder House. Brendan is getting bigger and more independent by the day. It was really apparent when we stopped to visit Cate and Justins new baby Will. He is only a few days old and precious. It is so amazing how much they grow and chnge in only 15 months. We are all so excited for the Christmas holiday and of course our annual trip to Mexico. I am in the works of teaching Brendan to pat his stomach and say "Ho Ho Ho". He almost has it. Besides that he loves his music and tumbiling class and loves to do the hand movements to "itsy bitsy spider", "twinkle twinkle", and his favorite "When your happy and you know it". We hope you all enjoy this wonderful season. Love to all. Mike, Rin, Brende and Scoobs!

Halloween/Walking Boy!

Sorry it has been so long. Work and chasing our walking baby has been crazy. Brendan is loving being able to walk ans explore the world on two feet. His cousins think it is so funny to see there baby cousin walk across the playground, climb up the slide and his favorite climb up and stand on the table. Mike and I are busy rescuing him rom all his mischief. He had fun being a monkey for Halloween and seeing all the kids in Sausalito in costumes. It is so crazy that we now officially have a toddler. He is so independent that at night when he finally wants some cuddle time Mike and I fight over it. Hope to add some better pictures soon. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Brendan has been busy having to much fun. He is adjusting well to daycare and we are loving our Thursday and Fridays together. He dances at music time and has a blast at Library school with his Nanny Char. He is so close to walking. He can stand on his own and taken a tentative step or two a few times over the past two weeks. He loves walking holding one finger of Mike or myself or by holding my leg and pushing me where he wants to go. He is staring to say many things and we can really tell what he wants and dosen't want. He whips up and down our stairs 50 times a day and bosses Scoobie around. He loves the bath and spending as much time as he can outside. We have been having a blast still enjoying the beach, going to the discovery museum, playing with his cousins at the park and today going to the pumpkin patch, Brendan loved the pumpkins, the hay maze and the petting zoo.. We are looking forward to Halloween and trick-or-treating for the first time.
